To Prevent Monitor From unwanted sounds.
It is usually seen that the old CRT monitor should produce some sounds during the working,vibrating fly back transformer is the main reason for thisproblem. the first thing we can do here is change the refresh rate.
To do this
Right Click on desktop
Properties->settings->Advanced

by increasing Refresh rate we can decrease the strain of our eyes
